If for any reason a  customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they may contact us within 7 days via email of taking delivery, and organize to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price excluding the associated Delivery Costs, subject to the terms and conditions listed below:

NOTE * a change of mind or finding the product cheaper elsewhere is not a valid reason for a refund.

In order to organise a refund under these terms and conditions, the customer must notify us via the Contact Us page or phone 0417006591  within 7 days receipt and request a refund under these terms and conditions. The customer must comply with the directions of our staff in order to facilitate a refund.

 

    1. Where a customer requests a refund in accordance with these terms and conditions, the refund will be for the amount of the purchase price excluding the return postage costs

 

    1. The 7 Day period will commence on the date that the customer accepts delivery of their items. All goods are sent via trackable signed for delivery.

 

    1. The item must be returned within 7 days of requesting a refund under these terms and conditions, via trackable mail.

 

    1. Returned products must be returned in accordance with the direction of our staff.  This includes being returned in the original packaging, and in the original condition it was sold in and proof of purchase.

 

    1. Customers must return the products for which they are seeking a refund at their own cost.

 

    1. After receiving the returned goods, we will issue a refund as soon as is reasonably practicable and the customer will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement.  Where possible, refunds will be processed by reversing the initial customer transaction. We accept no responsibility for any delays that may occur in receiving the refund as a result of any third-party payment gateway.

 

    1. We will not be liable for items ‘lost’ or ‘damaged’ in the post unless additional insurance is requested and paid for.  A tracking number will be issued.
